A Magical 12th Birthday at Sofitel We celebrated our daughter’s 12th birthday with a one-night stay at Sofitel—and from the moment we arrived, it felt like a fairytale: Effortless valet parking & check-in – Warm smiles and smooth service set the tone immediately. At reception, our daughter was delighted by a stunning bouquet of flowers, which truly kicked off the celebration. Inside our room, we discovered thoughtful details: a personalized birthday card, a delicious birthday cake, and a sweet toy gift, all beautifully arranged. These carefully curated gestures elevated an ordinary stay into an unforgettable experience. Seeing our daughter’s face light up made every touch feel meaningful.

Spacious and well equipped room, good fitness and pool facilities, reasonably priced valet parking. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The club was a nice bonus to have a few drinks and snacks before going out to dinner.

We recently stayed at this hotel with my son, Stephen, and it was an unforgettable experience! The Christmas decorations were absolutely stunning, creating such a magical and cozy atmosphere. Every corner of the hotel was aesthetically pleasing, and I couldn’t resist capturing beautiful photos and videos to remember the moment. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful service throughout our visit, everything was perfect. It’s a place where you can truly feel the holiday spirit, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

When I want to be sure to have a truly comfortable hotel, I love going to the Sofitel. Spacious rooms, bathroom with both bathtub and shower. Swimming pool, fitness. Didn't have time to use the spa. Excellent breakfast, with freshly squeezed orange juice.

Our staycation experience was exceptional. The decor added a touch of elegance, creating a welcoming ambiance. The service, from arrival to departure, was outstanding. The staff handled my luggage with care, ensuring a seamless experience, and I appreciated not having to worry about anything throughout our stay. Additionally, the highlight of our staycation was the stunning breakfast buffet. The array of delicious offerings combined with the beautiful presentation made it a delightful experience. The attention to detail in both decor and service, along with the delightful breakfast, contributed to a truly memorable stay.

VERY MUCH ENJOYED OUR STAY, IT WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AND TIDY IN OUR ROOM & WHEN IT CAME TO CHECKOUT DAY MY PARTNER AND I DIDN'T FEEL LIKE LEAVING JUST YET, WE WERE ACTUALLY CONSIDERING TO EXTEND OUR STAY ANOTHER NIGHT 😅 WE SOON THEN REALIZED WE HAD TO GET BACK TO REALITY. THE SOFITEL STAFF WERE ABSOLUTELY LOVELY, GREAT VIBES, ALWAYS WERE WELCOMING AND ALSO REASSURED IF THEIR WAS ANYTHING WE NEEDED JUST TO ASK THEM . WE LOVED IT.
